Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of magazine.suvy.fr, the media hub of the Süvy brand published by Laboratoires Innovi (part of the Anjac Group). Browsing the site constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Nature of the site

magazine.suvy.fr is an editorial and media information website. It offers long-form articles, a weekly podcast, motion-design videos, infographics, reports from Laboratoires Innovi, B2B resources and a press room.

No commercial transaction takes place directly on this site. All sales of Süvy products (pouches, sticks, caramel popcorn) go through the official shop suvy.fr, which is governed by its own terms and conditions of sale.

3. Newsletter subscription

Subscribing to the Süvy newsletter is free and involves no financial commitment. It can be reversed at any time through the unsubscribe link included in every email. The data collected (optional first name, email) is processed in accordance with the GDPR by Brevo (a French GDPR-native provider) on behalf of Laboratoires Innovi.

4. Press and B2B forms

Enquiries sent through the press (presse@suvy.fr) or B2B forms (b2b@suvy.fr, retail@suvy.fr, chefs@suvy.fr) are processed by the Innovi teams in accordance with the GDPR, retained for the duration of the professional exchange and deleted afterwards on simple request.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the site (texts, articles, podcast, videos, infographics, photographs) is protected by copyright and belongs to Laboratoires Innovi and the Süvy brand. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited. The Süvy trademark, its logo and its visual identity are registered marks.

Journalists wishing to use extracts or images may download them freely from the dedicated press room, provided the source is credited.

6. User conduct

Users undertake not to disrupt the operation of the site, not to attempt to access non-public areas, and to respect the rights of third parties. Feedback, suggestions and reports are welcome at contact@suvy.fr.

7. Limitation of liability

Laboratoires Innovi endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the site (scientific articles sourced from the WHO, EFSA, FDA and JECFA in particular) but cannot be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies or gaps in updating. The articles published are in no way a substitute for personalised medical advice.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be amended at any time. The version in force is the one published on the site at the date of consultation.

9. Governing law

French law. French courts have jurisdiction. This English text is provided for information only: in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
